Help topics
How do reminders work?
Move Snacks uses local notifications for reminders. Reminder schedules are managed in the app and delivered by iOS on your device.
You can adjust reminders in the app, and you can also manage notification permission and delivery options in iOS Settings.
Do I need an account?
No account is required for v1. Move Snacks is designed to work without sign-up.
Where is my app data stored?
Activity history, favourites, reminders, streaks, preferences, and app settings may be stored locally on your device.
Local storage helps Move Snacks remember your progress and settings without requiring an account.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app may delete local Move Snacks data from your device, unless iOS or app settings provide another option.
If you have contacted support before and want us to review support messages associated with you, use the contact button at the top of this page.
How do purchases and subscriptions work?
If Move Snacks offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, they are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account.
Billing, cancellation, renewal, refunds, and payment management are handled by Apple through the App Store.
How do I restore purchases?
Restore-purchase instructions will be added once purchase handling is final. In general, App Store purchases are connected to your Apple ID.
If a purchase is not appearing, make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase and contact support if you still need help.
Why are notifications not appearing?
Check that notifications are enabled for Move Snacks in iOS Settings, that your reminder schedule is active in the app, and that Focus modes or notification summaries are not delaying alerts.
Does Move Snacks use Apple Health?
Move Snacks does not access Apple Health data at launch.
Where can I read the privacy and terms pages?
You can read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use on this website.
What should I know before exercising?
Use your own judgment and choose movements that suit your ability, environment, and circumstances. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or anything that does not feel right.
Seek advice from a qualified health professional if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, have concerns about exercise, or are unsure whether an activity is suitable.
What should I try if the app is not working?
Try closing and reopening the app, checking for an App Store update, restarting your iPhone, and confirming that iOS is up to date.
If the issue continues, email support with the details listed above.
