2. Information stored on your device

Move Snacks does not require you to create an account. Activity history, reminder settings, preferences, favourites, streaks, and app settings are stored locally on your device unless stated otherwise.

This local information helps the app show your progress, remember your preferences, schedule movement reminders, and make your movement breaks easier to continue.

3. Information you provide to us

If you contact us for support, your email may include your email address and any information you choose to include in the message. Please avoid sending sensitive health, medical, or payment information by email.

Move Snacks is not a medical or healthcare service. It is designed for general movement habits and consistency, not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

Move Snacks does not use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

Apple may provide us with aggregated app usage, sales, retention, crash, and diagnostic information through App Store Connect and related Apple developer tools. This Apple-provided information is subject to your device settings and Apple's privacy practices.

Crash and diagnostic information may include technical details such as your device model, operating system version, app version, and information about how the app terminated.

5. Notifications

Move Snacks uses reminder schedules to send local notifications on your device. These reminders are controlled by your app settings and iOS notification settings.

You can change or disable notifications through the app or through iOS settings.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

If Move Snacks offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, those transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Move Snacks does not receive your full payment card details.

Apple may provide us with transaction-related information needed to operate purchases, subscriptions, refunds, trials, renewals, and App Store reporting.

7. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Move Snacks, respond to support requests, maintain app reliability, understand aggregated app performance, process purchases where available, and comply with legal or App Store obligations.

Move Snacks does not access Apple Health data at launch.

8. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We also do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

We may share information only where needed to provide support, operate the app and website, process App Store purchases through Apple, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with your consent.

9. Data retention and deletion

Information stored locally by Move Snacks remains on your device until you change it, reset it, or remove the app data. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device, unless iOS or app settings provide another option.

Support emails may be retained for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

10. Children's privacy

Move Snacks is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and respond.

11. International users

Spidersoft Pty Ltd is based in Australia. If you use Move Snacks from outside Australia or contact us from another country, your information may be handled in Australia and other places where our service providers or Apple operate.
